U.S. RETURN POLICY

10AM LLC. offers returns on all full price merchandise for U.S. customers within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please note there is a restocking fee of $10 that will be deducted from your refund.

Please ensure any items that you are returning are unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. 10AM LLC. reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.

To start the return process, please create a return request on our website or send an e-mail to hello@10amfactory.com to indicate which product(s) you are returning. Our team members will reach you as soon as possible.

Once your return is prepared, you can drop it at any USPS location. All returns are shipped back to our warehouse via USPS to our warehouse in New York. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to arrive at our warehouse. Delivery dates may vary depending on where you are shipping your return from.

Once your return is delivered, please allow 2-3 business days for us to inspect and process the return. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show on your original form of payment.

FINAL SALE

All items marked "final sale" may not be returned or exchanged.
